UN1-100KW mudah untuk mengekalkan pengimpal bar keluli 220V/380V terdiri daripada pelbagai komponen, terutamanya pengubah kimpalan, elektrod pegun, elektrod bergerak (pengapit), jentera yang diberi tekanan, dan elemen kawalan.
